We run a dual 1.8 GHz G5 with WebSTAR 5.3.2, WebDNA 4.5.1 and 1 GB RAM. One of our commerce sites will not process orders correctly. The customer arrives and places the order just fine. The order is placed in the orders folder. An eMail is sent for the agent of the theater to log in to the process page, where they can click on an order to view and process it. Under the old server this worked perfectly. Under the new server, though, when the agent logs in to a page with this string: process.tpl?command=showcart&cart=../orders/ 108490091012914&db=priceset.db They get the dreaded: "This shopping cart has already been submitted and is pending approval" error. We know that the code is sound, as it worked on the other server for over a year. Also, we know the carts aren't duplicates (as people have suggested happens in previous cases due to search engine links or bookmarking of cart numbers) because the order is generated and sits in the orders folder. I suspect it has something to due with this programmer's use of the showcart command. Does anyone have some insight?
