texte = Sounds more like directory or permissions corruption which can happen with lots of processes and disk activity. Try running the repair stuff in disk utility. Hopefully you can take the server offline and boot from a different volume. Another good utility for this is AlSoft Disk Warrior. It just seems to fix stuff other utilities can't. If you can add RAM to the server, it might help reduce disk activity which may, in turn, reduce the changes for corruption.
