We use Apache/Mysql/PHP etc from http://www.serverlogistics.com The only reason we are looking to move to rack Xserves is space is limited at our colo facility, we've been asked to move IP ranges and its a good a time as any to update. OSX client is sweet for serving websites .. Reliable, fast and we've never had a problem.
