customers getting same cart

numero = 60342
interpreted = N
texte = I am having customers being issued the same cart#. This is the second occurrence in 4 months. It is a small occurrence, but after the complaint call today it needs to be addressed. The cart is not hard coded somewhere. But there are tens-of-thousands of people coming to the site each day. I have carts being deleted right at purchase, plus any cart older than 6 hours gets wiped out too. Had some nifty code working to check IPs, but because AOL changes users IP during sessions, it does not work. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this.
