Populating a db from a form textarea

texte = No, this isn't a "do I [url] or [input]" question! I'm making a simple little emailer application, one that the client can copy/paste from Excel the list of email addresses (by selecting that column). When that list is passed, each address is separated by a single space, so I believe that's my key to parsing. What I'm wanting to do is to have that list read into a db, one address per record. I'm guessing that some sort of variation on [formvariables] will be needed. Has anybody done such a thing and might have a snippet to share? Most appreciative if so.
