time sort question

texte = I'm searching a database of events (can you smell the non-profit- ness?) and sorting the results by time of day. The search string specifies that the time field is data type 'time'. The bad news is that 12 noon, 12:30 pm, etc. all get listed after 1 - 11pm. Is this a bug?
