texte = Communicate Pro has a "watch folder" function. Thus, you can use a dedicated listserver for catching bounced emails and email specific stuff. Have WebDNA write each email message to the watch folder to have it personalized. Seams to me the best solution, meaning we are doing this for our customers.....
