I gave a drafting table to friend once with the proviso that if she didn't need it any longer, to give it back to me, not to trash it or sell it. Grant? Anything like that? I guess it's legal for them to just let it die but still hang onto it. Sounds to me like the WebCat programmer they had left the company and they simply don't have anyone anymore who knows anything about it.
