texte = ColdFusion standard edition comes at $1200 and runs on all platforms and you can connect it to any open source database without problems, plus any commerce database as well. Like I said, ColdFusion is based on Java and thus any JDBC driver will do. Plus you write your SQL only onces and can use any database you want with it.
