But why would it apply a security restriction on a simple page with only [date] in it? I would test this way: - adding a password with another group and trying it, to check if only the admin group is allowed - check the "Command Security" in the WebDNA administration - though i am not sure this exists with windows, you could verify the "Secure File Mode", also in Preferences - is the directory protected? you could try to see if a normal .html file in the same directory is properly served by IIS (after specifying that only files with specific extensions, to exclude .html) - almost the same as prior: are you sure this is webdna that requests the password? could it be IIS with a directory protection scheme and the same password? well, i run out of suggestions :-) chris On Nov 1, 2006, at 13:09, Taipan wrote: > Hey Chris, > > Thanks for following up.
