I have only seen the term "Universal CGI" used where a script, typically Perl, can be installed on any platform. WebDNA is much different that a script. It is compiled and runs as an application. To the best of my knowledge, no one has ever made a single, compiled application that runs, for example, on both Windows and Mac OSX. Unless there is something I don't know about, I don't think there is any such thing as a Universal application.
