Performance tuning WebCat on NT

texte = We have just switched servers. Both are running WebCat 3.08 on Win2K boxes. Both servers are in dedicated hosting facilities and the Win2K install was done by techs at the facilities. After some annoying issues transferring the certificate, things seem to work well. However I use the elapsed time and math contexts to calculate the time it takes to process the page - I display all this only to my admin ip address of course. I note that the elapsed time is consistently double on the new server despite having a 50MHz faster processor and comparable if not better disks. I can't figure out what's going on. Anyone with advice on how to tune the Win2K/IIS5 for peak WebCat performance??Btw, thanks for assistance with transferring encrypted data. I did in fact manage to get them to decode properly with the correct seed value.
