authentication box not kicking in

texte = Since upgrading to WebCat version 4 latest, using WebStar 4.4 a few weeks ago, I've had two people reporting the same problem:Actually it is impossible for me to enter your site. When I'm trying to enter it, I'm not asked my username and password but its immediately told that I'm not a member! When I'm trying to renew membership its the same thing. So how can I do to have access to your website?They get my customized error message for BadPassword (via WebCat's error.db) without even being asked for the authentication dialog box.Under 2.6, for three years, I've been using [authenticate Feet Dreams] with a customized version of the MultiGroup checker with no problems. Now these two people are getting the message as if they click the Cancel button on the authentication box.
