numero = 45785
interpreted = N
texte = Li,I'm having the exact same issue on my sites that use A/N. I've been round and round with their tech support and I think we're just going to move to a different payment gateway. Here's what I've found out so far:1. Many people here (and I am one) are reporting that the variables passing to/from A/N are coming in hex-coded (%5d type of gibberish) for non-alphabetic characters. Could the payment processor then not be able to decipher this stuff in order to make the transaction? I don't know.2. I was asked to submit the final page that normally goes to https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll to go to http://www.sluggis.com/cgi-bin/echo.cgiThat page has a simple script on it that will show you your http headers and the variables passed to it by your site. I was told that all my variables are in perfect format but that the environmental variable of referring URL was missing (it is blank on that sluggis page when I submit my carts to it). As you know, the referring URL must match the one that you have in your settings for the site on A/N. This, they told me, is why it is not working (suddenly).I have not changed code on my sites either, they worked fine with A/N for a few years now.The referring URL has always been a requirement for the relay-response method that A/N uses (AFAIK). It was in use previously for my sites. My obvious question that wasn't obvious to me at the moment is: this obviously used to post the referring URL, why would it not be now? A change in their code? Nothing has changed on the servers per my webhost.I'd be interested (very) to know if you could post your cart to the sluggis (echo.cgi) link that I have above and tell me if your referring URL is passing in the environmental variables.BTW, I'm open for suggestions on other payment gateway services that others are using that plays well with WebDNA and whose code doesn't change suddenly breaking everyone's site.Thanks, GK > I'm having the following problem with WebCatalog. > > Now when customers place an order, instead of getting a Thank You page > (authnetthanks.tpl) it returns an error: > > An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the Merchant. > An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error.
