Take your cert and try it on the new machine if you can redirect your secure domain for a few minutes. If not, contact your cert company. Seems like a fairly typical question. I'd even check the FAQs at your cert provider. Unless you have lots of time left, you might consider a new cert. A new cert is only $159 per year from GeoTrust.
