texte = Hi all, Running a test system here with the native MySQL support of WebDNA and got = a question about how dates should be stored. The best practice so far for WebDNA solutions were to store dates a numbers like [math]{[date]}[/math]. Should we do the same with MySQL db's and could other systems read that? We have some fields in our tables that have the fieldtype "date" and of course MySQL stores them as year-month-date. Returning those fields gives m= e the correct values, but trying to convert those date fields into European format does not work. Also using the [field seek=3Dnamed:mydate&get=3Dvalue&raw=3DT] returns me the date as set in the WebDNA preferences. Appreciate any advices.
