texte = Hello!,linux OS / WebDNA 6.0a..There may be an easy solution for this, but Iam a bit stumped on a solution that doesn't havethe potential to task the CPU.I need to make sure there is an ending carriagereturn in a webdna database (table), on the fly.Since I'm on a linux machine, I do haveaccess to the shell. I was thinking If I coulduse a shell command line to grab the last lineof the database, I could zap that into a textvariable and check for the carriage returnin that variable.Or maybe easier, maybe there is a shell linethat would just grab the last character in a file?(I could do the checks from there)Thanks for the thoughts!Donovan-- Donovan D.
