texte = We used to have a custom one done in DNA. Was fairly comprehensive, but simply ran out of time keeping up with it. After much digging we opted into the VBulletin solution. The depth of that thing is insane. The problem was that without a low cost way for people to implement, understanding that PHP/MYSQL support is on pretty much every cheap hosting provider, you get stuck in the custom work for clients. That isnt such a bad gig. But it's hard to keep up with the feature set they see elsewhere. Still, cant say I wouldn't be interested in trying to pitch in some way if there was a collective initiative.
