texte = I suppose it depends a bit on what you are more comfortable with and other system constraints. I'm not sure why you'd leave the humans ugly URLs. The search engines like keywords. The URL rewrite is fairly easy for me and can be done with a very small amount of code and each page is dynamically generated. The static pages take no server load to serve (after being generated) and can be pushed out to many servers. If the pages are resource intensive, caching them may make sense.
