texte = I never use a preparse script, probably because I prefer to have all my code contained within the website hierarchy that uses it. Then everything is in the same place when I need to edit it, and editing it for one website won't change the performance or behavior of any other site on the same server. Nevertheless I can see the value of persistent variables. It's just that instead of setting such variables via preparse I keep all my "reuseable" variables in my include file. They may not be persistent, but they are always right there where I need them.
