texte = I had to take a look at the source because I did not know the answer = either. It monitors the WebCatalog process for any state changes using wait(). = It terminates and restarts WebCatalog if there are any. It only "pings" = WebCatalog when it wants to start/restart it. It does this to verify it = is not currently running. No, it does not do any regular checks to make sure WebCatalog isn't = stuck.
