One thing I notice is that the products are all there in your database and that the results URL is correct (I copied it and changed only your domain for mine and got a good result).The fact that it only works with Clocks and China brings me to the suggestion that the URL encoding of the space inside all the other names like Green Teas (Green%20Teas) does not seem to work well on your server. You should check this out, e.g. by editing the TeaRoom.db file and looking for Green Teas and change it to GreenTeas without the space in between. Try adding an extra product with a new catagory to see what happens would be another way.
