Actually, the time qualifier *can* be compared as text, since the time divisions are listed in order from the largest component to the smallest AND since each component always has the same number of characters.But I *did* eliminate the time qualifier in a later test anyways, just to see if that's what was screwing up, and my changes had no effect on the results.
