texte = Hello,we have two problems that we cannot solve, for a long time.I appologise for long explanation, but there is nnothing I can do aboutit.1. We run 12 stores in our mall. For our statistic needs we created adatabase which should contain the info about each order like cartnumber, order date, total, etc. For this purpose we added the followingcode in each ThankYou.tmpl:[appendfile ../statistics/stat.db] [CART],[DATE],[TIME],[STORENAME],[TOTAL],[USERNAME] [/appendfile][closedatabase stat.db]Eeach one of these values appears on the ThankYou.tmpl.However, in a mysterious way, some orders are appended to a database, ans some are not. I cannot find a reason for that. There is no visiblelogic in why some orders appear on data and some don't. Looks likesometimes the [appendfile] works, and sometimes not. The code is thesame in all stores, and it happens in all stores. What might be a reason for this?2. RAM problem. We keep receiving the SIGNAL RAISED... alert all thetime. We enlarged the memory for ACGI to 32MB, opened the About ThisMacintosh info window and saw that the memory line, which is almostempty when we first launch ACGI, becomes full within few hours and thenthe alert appears. We observed it several times in the past few weeks, when the activity had grown in our server. For now we have to restartthe Acgi every few hours to prevent crashes.Any idea what may cause this? Thanks a million,-- Natalie M. RezonoffMacWebMasterShani Information Technologiesnatasha@shani.net
