Here's what I found so far:CardService International Rep: Michael Gabriel Phone: 888-783-5333, ext 14 Application Fee: $85 24 Hour Cust Support: $5/mo Monthly Minimum: $15 Rates: 2.29% + $0.20 per transaction Shipping, installation, training: No Charge1st Merchant Bancard Services Rep: Jetta Chasse Phone: 800-477-0173 Application Fee: $95 24 Hour Cust Support: $6/mo Monthly Minimum: None (I believe) Rates: 2.85% + $0.20 per transaction Shipping, installation, training: No ChargeBoth can provide MacAuthorize or PCAuthorize for batch processing. CardService International can also set you up for near-realtime web processing through AuthorizeNet ($25 monthly minimum for this route).
