I wanted to know if anyone has done this but also taken the next step to use WebCat as a automated e-mail cueing system for a customer service environment. Similar to a telephone ACD system for e-mail (if you know what an ACD is, then you know what I'm trying to accomplish.) I know there are other off-the-shelf packages like Brightware, Mustang, etc. But they start in the $10K range and go up from there. They are also overkill for our current needs. This is just one of about 3 projects I need to get developed. I'm thinking most of them would be WebCat based. If you are a developer using WebCat and would like to get some additional work please send me an e-mail (not to the list). I'm WAY over booked right now.Mark > Hi everyone, > > As part of a project I am developing, my client wants to be able to > provide email services for the registered users of the system, somewhat > like hotmail does (i think).
