texte = Grant,Is there any way to make webcat perform the same action as clicking a hyperlink when the template with the webdna code is it is loaded? Here's my goal:When someone visits my site and loads a certain page, I want another browser window to open, thus displaying a second page of information at the same time the original window is still on-screen. If I had a webdna tool that would perform the same action as clicking a link that has a target=_blank parameter in it, I could do this easily. However, I cannot think of a way to do it currently ...Triggers are based on times and dates, not on specific actions, so I don't think that will help. And I don't think I can do it with a [redirect] because it seems only to accept href parameters but not other
parameters such as target=_blank. Maybe [tcpconnect] will work but I cannot imagine how ...I'm stuck. Can you think of a way to do this within the existing capabilities of the webdna language? If it's not currently possible, would something like a [click] context be possible in the future? I'm imagining the ability to place an link inside it, or a form full of hidden input tags, that would work as if the link or form button were clicked when the page with the [click] context is loaded, or when the surrounding [showif] context evaluates to 'true' ... :)Sincerely,Ken Grome808-737-6499WebDNA Solutionsmailto:ken@webdna.nethttp://www.webdna.net
