We are currently involved with a project that would utilize WebCat extensively with planned integration with SAP 4.x Based on our research, we will be doing tight integration using the TCP/IP capabilities of SAP to retrieve, change, and delete data in a WWW environment. Essentially WebCat would seem to provide a much faster front end interface to SAP data that is either pulled immediately through TCPConnect contexts or through automated SAP exports to watched directories for immediate integration with the WebCat databases. Lastly, WebCat seems to have far more versatility for delivery platforms for the front end the SAP-WWW BAPI's. Again, I would like to communicate with you off-list regarding your findings and issues, as well as any others that are considering the jump into the vast SAP environment. Happy Holidays.
