texte = I posted a message asking for help with Emailer a few days ago. No one onthe list was able to solve the problem, but I got a note from Sam at SMasking me to call him about it.Sam and I talked on the phone and by email several times over the last fewdays. He worked diligently to help me out and consulted with others at SM inthe process. This list can't answer every question that people are sure to have, but ifthat question involves getting WebCatalog to function properly, I recommendcalling SM's offices and using their real, live folks to get it up andrunning. They also has an email support for technical questions atwebcatalog@smithmicro.com. I should have known about this, but didn't.Contacting them at this address will send your request to the entire supportdepartment.Of course, no one at SM can spend time writing WebDNA stuff for us, but theydo attend to the technical concerns about their product PDQ.I genuinely appreciate Sam's efforts and the time he spent with me on thephone. His enthusiasm for solving the problem indicates his high degree ofdedication to WebCatalog and SM.Thanks, Sam.-------------------------------------------------------------Brought to you by CommuniGate Pro - The Buzz Word Compliant Messaging Server. To end your Mail problems go to
