texte = Marc,I had/have the exact same problem. Below is the suggested solution from SMsupport. It works fine for a while, however if the triggers ever run itscrews up the whole thing again, of course that means that you need toprocess the orders through the admin page manually. I have the best successby following the steps below, and then eliminating the trigger from thetrigger.db file. I was able to get a good 3-4 weeks of success with thismethod, before it went awry again. I have been in touch with SM supportconcerning the on-going problem, but they have not responded. I am survivingwith this work around until the 4.0 upgrade comes out.Good LuckJohn Daviesjd@professionalideas.com_____________________________________________Martin Associates Design Agencyhttp://www.professionalideas.comSUGGESTED SOLUTION:At 04/27/2000 03:20 PM we wrote -I would like you to upgrade to 3.08, the 3.08on the CD(3.08b11) has a bad serail number code, but the one atftp://ftp.smithmicro.com should take the serial # fine.
