texte = Here is a free little script that you can drop in any page. I put it in myglobals folder and include it on the sites I wanna run screen resolutionstats. You may need to create a folder called screenlogs and you will needto adjust for [thisurl] if you are running on unix. It basically logs the:date time screenwidth screenheight pixeldepth colordepth browsername and thereferrer. It also maintains any formvariables posted. Repeats are disallowedby use of a cookie. Run it for a week or so and then you can get a prettygood idea of the kind of browser capabilities your users are getting. Iwrite the files into seperate logs based on domains, the logs can be read asdatabases. Enjoy!Sincerely,Robert Minor[text]sr_domain=[ListWords words=[GETMIMEHEADERHTTP_HOST]&delimiters=.][hideif [word]=com][hideif[word]=www][word][/hideif][/hideif][/ListWords][/text][text]t_sl_id=[GetCookie [sr_domain]_id][/text][Listwords words=[IPAddress]&delimiters=.][mathshow=f]ip_[index]=[word][/math][/Listwords][text show=F&secure=F]sw=0[/text][text]newip=[loop start=1&end=4][interpret][ip_[index]][/interpret][hideif[index]=4].[/hideif][/loop][/text][hideif [t_sl_id]=T] [hideif [sw]=] [hideif [sw]>0] [/hideif] [showif [sw]>0][SETCOOKIE name=[sr_domain]_id&value=T&path=/&domain=.[sr_domain].com][appendfile file=^ScreenLogs/[sr_domain]-sl.db&secure=F][date] [time][newip] [sw] [sh] [pd] [cd] [browsername] [t_referrer][/appendfile] [hideif [fileinfofile=^ScreenLogs/[sr_domain]-sl.hdr][exists][/fileinfo]=T][writefile file=^ScreenLogs/[sr_domain]-sl.hdr&secure=F]sl_date sl_timesl_newip sl_width sl_height sl_pixeldepth sl_colordepthsl_browsername sl_referrer[/writefile] [/hideif] [/showif] [/hideif][/hideif]Robert MinorDirector of Internet Services------------------------------------------------------------Cybermill Communicationshttp://www.cybermill.com http://www.merchantmaker.comProviding Ecommerce and interactive website development andhosting services on Macintosh, Windows NT, Unix, and AS/400.-------------------------------------------------------------This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list
