The main database contains the following information * name/address/city/state/zip of entity putting up ad, seller sku, seller status(whether the seller is allowed to post ads)the secondary database contains * contents of ad, ad header, ad category, ad sku, seller skuThe database needs to be searchable by: *City *Ad Category *BothSearching by City is fine; I can reference City and seller status and then pull the appropriate ads by seller ski.Searching Ad Category is fine; I can just use the second database to grab just the ads in the appropriate category.Searching by both is proving to be extremely tricky, however, because it seems impossible to set both variables in a second search because of the lack of the [text] context in WebCat 2.1.One workaround was to do a search for category in the ad database, and then do a showif which displays only if the city matches the input city; but this threw off my founditems.Any ideas are welcome!Christopher Feyrer------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
