I have checked the time on my machine and the server and both are correct and the time zones are set correctly. In the logs I get an entry as follows: 08:51:45.19 3 SMTPI-00004([127.0.0.1]) read failed. Error Code=connection closed by peerAccording to Stalker support and error code 3 is a 'problem' this one is apparently caused by WebCatalog's Emailer not closing the SMTP connection correctly (or not following strict protocol). The mail does get sent but maybe this is the cause of the phantom time.Alain> I'm very curious about this. > > > I am able to use [sendmail] however the time is off by about 7 hours. > > All things being equal, I'd rather use sendmail rather than writefile. > > Can somebody from SMSI please comment on the email function of webcat in > OSX? > > Does everybody using OSX have a time problem or just CGP users? > > > > > On 10/11/01 12:30 AM, dale mashed the following keys : > >> Alain, >> >> I use writefile and run CgatePro on the same machine.
