Change [cart] date

I would like to change the cart date if possible OR use [WriteFile] to create a new cart because I do not want the newly generated cart to end up in the 'ShoppingCarts' directory. So I need to know the following:Opening up a cart file in a text editor gives the first 3 tabbed fields as H 1.5 'Creation Date'What does the H mean? What does the 1.5 mean?
