I figured I'd setup a symlink to the bind directory.Or I might just make the files in a webcat folder and then have cron sweep the folder periodically and move files.I haven't thought too much about it beyond the 'hey I should do that' stage.Eventually I'd like to create a modular helpdesk system where I could add certain assets for customers, so for example a colo customer would have a different set of tools than a hosting customer.It's probably going to have to be unique to us, and our own tools,OSX, Communigate, bind (we are moving away from QDNS soon I think) OS9-webstar-mgi-rumpus but if it could be created in an extensible way it might be cool.
