It turned out that my domain name registrar, Active ISP (they claim to be Europe's largest registrar) really wasn't a accredited .com registrar at all, but just served as an agent for VeriSign. The reason why my domain name had been blocked, was communication problems. In other words, while I had happily paid Active ISP right on time, *they* hadn't bothered to send VeriSign any money. Well, Active ISP was very sorry about it all and told me it was a combination of many unlikely coincidences that couldn't possibly happen again.Only, it just did. Yesterday my site dropped dead again, and the story is exactly the same! So, everybody, if you're going to register a domain name, don't use Active ISP!!! Find some professional and reliable company to work with instead.Frank Nordberg http://www.musicaviva.com P.S.
