Sorry, I gave specific instances, to whic h you refused to resapond to. Being unsubscribed within minutes of replying to an off-list email from one of your employees is not a generalization. Your constant refuse to answer or deal with specific legitimate questions posed by someone that has spent thousands of dollars on your products shows a complete lack of customer service.Your companys policy of charging different upgrade fees for the same producet show a lack of being fair to customers. These are facts, unfortunately you refuse to deal with facts and instead prefer to unsubscribe people with 'undesireable questions' from the list or refuse to talk to them on the phone>Debate is pointless as it just results in more > noise over signal for the list in general. Various representatives of the company have taken negative actions against paid owners of your products. This is fact. Yes, some may have happened prior to you being with the company, however, that does not change the fact that these things have happened and that the company does not seem to have taken any steps to resolve these past actions. And you simply prefer to act as though these things never happened. That is a major mistake on your part. > Brian Burton's commentary is very well spoken ... FACT.The simple fact is this featuree was implemented without disclosure. I have no problem with a company protecting their work. That is not an issue with me. The issue with me is that you have no discloses what happens if webdna is installed on an internal server where it can not access your servers, you have not published any information as to what to do as a legit owner if by some strange mistake SMSI 'Accidently' disables someone's site. These are all steps that should be taken to show that you are trustworthy. Instead, you scream and hollar about what a great person you are even though you actions and those of the company show different, you continue to refuse to disclose the information requsted above. That is a sign of someone hiding something.Dale> Phil B. > > > -----Original Message----- > From: Donovan > To: WebDNA-Talk@talk.smithmicro.com > Sent: 4/14/03 2:19 PM > Subject: Re: WebDNA 5 - Privacy Issue (Built in sniffer) > > dale wrote: > > > Hello, > > > > On Sat, 12 Apr 2003 20:18:37 > > Brian B.
