texte = I apologize to the list for the burden of this uninformative thread onunsubscription, etc. I will not be responding on-list to any further ofDale's generalizations unless there is specifically beneficial informationcontent for this community. Debate is pointless as it just results in morenoise over signal for the list in general. I'm taking Donovan's advice ... I believe MY trustworthiness as a representative of SMSI is belied by myactions in support of this product and community over the past year and ahalf.Brian Burton's commentary is very well spoken ... I'm not a lawyer, but I'mcertain disabling a license without due process and some precursor legalaction can carry significant legal burdens and risks. We only engage indirect dialog with our customers to resolve licensing issues in a positive, productive way. It's called working with your customers and understandingtheir needs. The mechanism that is there is MANUAL, admin protected, and isintended strictly for the eventual retirement of old serial numbers that arebeing permanently disabled as part of a purchased cross-grade, upgrade, ortrade-in.
