texte = I apologize to the list for the burden of this uninformative thread on unsubscription, etc. I will not be responding on-list to any further of Dale's generalizations unless there is specifically beneficial information content for this community. Debate is pointless as it just results in more noise over signal for the list in general. I'm taking Donovan's advice ... I believe MY trustworthiness as a representative of SMSI is belied by my actions in support of this product and community over the past year and a half.Brian Burton's commentary is very well spoken ... I'm not a lawyer, but I'm certain disabling a license without due process and some precursor legal action can carry significant legal burdens and risks. We only engage in direct dialog with our customers to resolve licensing issues in a positive, productive way. It's called working with your customers and understanding their needs. The mechanism that is there is MANUAL, admin protected, and is intended strictly for the eventual retirement of old serial numbers that are being permanently disabled as part of a purchased cross-grade, upgrade, or trade-in.
