texte = yes, it would appear that you read that correctly. SMSI is a small company, and they are doing what they can to prevent piracy. I really don't have a problem with it. I'd rather they stay in business. (mind you - I'm still unhappy with the current license pricing scheme, but that's another story)Anyway, as long as you pay for your software, what do you care? if you don't pay, they should have the right to turn it off. Would you leave up a website running if you developed it for a customer, and then they decided not to pay? If you're bothered by the idea that they might turn off a legitimate copy, think of how legally liable they are if should make that mistake. I'm sure they make every effort to research & document that there is indeed piracy occurring before they would take that extreme measure.Brian B.
