texte = Is there a way to specify "not a number" in a search? I'd like to be able to allow users to put arbritrary strings as labels in a file where that same column will hold ID numbers. For example, they might upload a file that looks like this: idnotest1test2test3 max100100100 12345657789856 22345667342346 .... Where "max" is a label that will be used to add a row to a table that is constructed according to the number of columns and label rows in the uploaded file. Typical labels would be "mean", "median" and "max", but I'd like to not have to hard-code searches and miss a novel label, or have to modify the code each time someone wants a different label. The strategy I use now is search for idno=max, idno=mean, etc. and set a flag that is then used to either construct that row or not: [ShowIf [mean]=1] [raw][Search [/raw]db=[theName][raw]&eqIDNOdataRQ=mean][/raw] [raw][text]found=[numFound][/text][/raw] [raw][FoundItems][/raw] Mean [Search table=temp&neFNdataRQ=[blank]&fnSort=1] [FoundItems] [[fn]] [/FoundItems] [/Search] [raw][/FoundItems][/raw] [raw][/Search][/raw] [/ShowIf] Thanks!
