For instance, we've seen "File could not be found or accessed" errors when our code tried to access a particular database file, even though the file existed. The only way that we found to correct the problem was to rename the file, and then change the references to it in the code to reflect the new filename. Based on trial and error, we determined that an unspecified amount of time later, we could change the filename back to its original name and it would be accessible once again. This issue might well not be related to the one you are describing, but it's the closest thing to it that I have personally encountered. I haven't seen that issue exactly, but we have run into cases where WebDNA stops recognizing a file with a certain name.
