As far as support, I think most of us would be happy with the minimal efforts of keeping it compatible with the latest OS's and keeping it robust (eliminating bugs and such). Am I right? The problem is.. just keeping it robust isn't going to draw as many new customers with the current pricing structure. I would think that the price would have to come down for it to be seen as a viable solution over cold fusion.
