texte = We have used java servlets from http://www.idautomation.com for years. The servlets require you to install Tomcat server, but that is fairly trivial. The also have ActiveX controls if you host on Windows. They have java applets, which are a breeze to implement, but browser support has been flaky, so we have switched over to the servlets. I'd also recommend Symbol scanners, they're the best.
