The database should have a disproportionate ratioof 2 to 1 [urls] to [unurls] as it appears one [unurl] is impliedwhen grabbing values from the database. Not sure why. Lookups performin the same way (1 [unurl] implied)...I've never tested 1 url going in and none coming out thoroughly, but it seems like that may be a good test to do if someonewas game. I've always used two [url]'s going in and one [unurl]coming out, which has proved to be a robust solution.and yes, as far as encrypting non-database variables, I'vefound the same... use the same method on both encrypt and decrypt, with at least 1 encoding.Donovan-- =o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o DONOVAN D.
