I had tried changing the ticks to a very slow rate but still no 100% solution I had tried sending to SMTP servers on the same machine/same network/ different network everything imaginable so I can not blame the SMTP server. The only common instance is the WebDNA engine picking up the file and sending it to the SMTP.
