texte = > [snip] > Clearly there are less heavy alternatives and I suppose if there were = enough complaints I could change it. Hi Dan, Chris, anyone reading.. I finally looked at the two webdna.us firefox tabs I had kept = permanently open for awhile.. and noticed both were running secure = (https:// (!)). It looks like the way that happened is that once one = gets here: http://www.webdna.us/forum/graphiteforums_forums/ then the links along the top navbar are all for their secure = counterparts. (I am guessing that was not intentional (?).) I was referencing the docs with SSL. Anyway, no wonder it seemed slow = to me. Sometimes it seems even slower than that would account for... and not = because of any 100-200k graphic Dan. I don't even get a response = sometimes for like 10+ seconds, and I have a fast cable internet = connection. Anyway my point was just to ask about peoples' experience (who are on = the inside) with heavily trafficked webdna servers.. not complain = about the website. It's fine, except for the perfectionist streak in = us, when it strikes. ;-) (On that note, the main thing I would fix is = the forum posts' emails that get sent to subscribers, when they contain = code.) -G Associated Messages, from the most recent to the oldest:
