In my opinion, when I ask a question on this list, and someone from SMSI answers it here on this list, I should have a right to expect the answers to my follow-up questions to be posted HERE ON THE LIST as well ... *especially* when the respondent never even asks or suggests that we continue the discussion somewhere else.Does this make sense to anyone else, or is it just me who thinks this way? The facts here are clear:1- The original question was posted in this forum.2- The vague answer I eventually got from SMSI was posted in this forum as well.3- The respondent suggested that we ask any follow up questions, but not even a suggestion was ever made that we follow up *somewhere else* (until now of course).4- I followed up with a question in the same forum that we had all been using up to that point.5- Two other people also followed up in this very same forum.6- SMSI totally and completely ignored ALL of these follow up messages - until my most recent attempt to get a straight answer.7- The most recent response still fails to answer the question. Instead it seems to suggest that I'm at fault for following the specific instructions of SMSI when they told me to be patient and wait .8- The question STILL HAS NOT BEEN ANSWERED, and I am still waiting ... Oh, and by the way Scott, yes I have followed your newest suggestion to send my questions to sales, but so far they have failed to respond as well. Why isn't this information posted on your web site anyways ???Does it make too much sense to put this information in a public place like your web site so *everyone* can read and understand the rules and pricing for all your upgrades? Why does your company always leave out the important facts instead of sharing them with everyone?Or is the point of suggesting that we send private messages to sales just a way of preventing the answers from being posted in a forum where they might actually become public?I just don't understand you people sometimes. Here I am trying to get a simple answer to a question you should have anticipate many months ago. But it seems like your company *still* has no clear answers for me or for my clients.Instead you persist in trying to point the finger at me, even when I have followed every suggestions made by you and your colleagues at SMSI -- without results. -- Sincerely, Kenneth GromeP.S.
