So far it's been more than two weeks since I first asked, yet I still do not have a clear answer. The client who was waiting for the answer finally got tired of waiting for me to get an answer from SMSI and now he gone with another more well-known and better supported software solution. Thanks for the support SMSI ... :(Is there anyone at SMSI who actually knows the full details regarding SMSI's upgrade policies and pricing -- and who is also willing (and able) to state the full details clearly and unambiguously? The client I lost was specifically interested in the costs of an upgrade from the one-domain commerce edition to the unlimited commerce edition, and also the credit given for the cost of each add-on, and when EACH of these credits (not just the add-on credit) is reduced, and by how much, and when these credits will no longer be given (when do they expire?).Sorry to have to ask again, but I do not want to lose another client because simple answers are not available when needed ... -- Sincerely, Kenneth GromePS: My email address is kengrome@softhome.net until further notice.------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
