Without a link to a test page that actually works -- and continues to work until we help him figure out what's wrong -- we cannot do any testing ourselves. Even better, he could offer to give one of us FTP access to the server root so we could run our own tests -- in ways we know are correct. Maybe then we could actually determine the cause of the problem, rather than trying to guess at it. Having said this, it seems he may be leaving out important information about his configuration.
