I don't want to have to learn something new....nor do I want to have to spend the money on something new. I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one of us having concerns.I will say...that I would like to see more product support from SM and better documentation....regardless. There are many times that I post a question to this list, and do not understand any of the answers to it...usually the answer at least points me in the direction of figuring it out though...so all in all, I eventually get things done. But this list is the only thing I have to go with outside of my online reference....which is very hard to handle. For clarification's sake....I don't know what was said on the phone between my client and SM...and it doesn't really matter now. Trick is...I wasn't on the phone...I'm only hearing second-hand from both my client and SM...so if I make a decision at this point, it could be the wrong one, merely based on hearsay. So I'm going to keep it in the back of my mind and see what happens next.I can't guess what SM's future will bring me, so I plan to prepare Plan B...which includes keeping my eye on this situation. If I need to follow Plan B, it will be there. Same as with my web server software, with my mail server software, with my graphics programs, my HTML editor, and everthing else. Either/or I don't plan to fail due to my own ill-preparedness. *************************************************************************** What you are speaks so loud that I cannot hear what you say. - Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803-1882) - Philosopher and Writer - ------------------------------------------------------------- Brought to you by CommuniGate Pro - The Buzz Word Compliant Messaging Server.
